PRODUCTION METHOD

This unit includes following main lines :

• Materials Grinding & Grading

A - Classify Section
B - Fine Grinding Section
C - Clay Section

• Materials Weighting & Mixing

Mechanized Weighting System in our Refractories MFG.Group which enjoys the highest update technology of its kind is able to receive, through an automatic program, different grading and feed the existing Mixers and provides the possibility of homogenous combination of materials under accurate control.

• Forming Refractory Materials

Full-automatic 630 tons and 650 tons Presses, equipped with modern Brick Lifter Systems, will  make possible the production of direct and conic bricks, in different shapes and dimensions, with  highest quality and less tolerance.

• Baking Unit

Before pre warming, produced bricks will move to Shuttle Furnace, with a 1550 Centigrade heat, and  would be baked under the highest Baking Standards.

• PACKING UNIT

Finished bricks would be packed in one or two layers wooden pallets, on the basis of their type and  demanded dimension, with Carton-Plastic cover and would be delivered to the customer.
