Colorful Metals Sector

1- Studying and recognizing lead crystal structures and lead compounds existing in Lead- Acid batteries,

2- Production of soft lead with electro weaning method (second phase through the application of sponged lead)

3- Replacement of selenium metallurgy with copper and sulfur,

4- Studying corrosion of replacement of selenium metallurgy with copper and sulfur,

5- Reduction of lead loss rate in slag pots,

6- Replacement of industrial NACL instead of sodium carbonate in charging lead furnace pot,

7- Boosting production output and reduction of lead loss rate

8- Extraction and production of sponged lead from active materials of used batteries with hydrometallurgy method,
